Easter is one of the most crowded weeks of the year there. Sure seems like it would suck for her with all of the standing in lines and fighting crowds.
I like Disney, but not during busy times

I say that we shouldn't go since she wont be able to do anything "fun" like ride rides, but she says there is other stuff to do.
You can probably count the rides she can't ride on both hands.
Just go and enjoy time with your family, man. Life's too short to skip out on shite like that.

it's worth going at least once.....how do you know you don't like it if you've never been?downtown disney is pretty cool for adults,so is epcot.disney....not just for kids anymore.

She will be 5 1/2 months preggers. Also, isn't this the most popular time of year to go to disney? So lines will be long as shite?

I'm not a Disney person either. I do hear there are other things to do though. Besides the whole thing is more about spending time with the family than anything else anyway. I'd just go along for the ride.

having stayed on disney property multiple times, I would disagree. I just don't like disney. Give me a beach, and a book any day over disney.
And I hate the beach. Different strokes...........

Why would anybody not want to go to Disney? That is crazy talk. Disney World is awesome. Find your inner child, curmudgeon.

I got prety hammered in Epcot. I spent a lot of time there. I drank from every country and hung out enjoying my company and the crowd.
We did other things as well but I really enjoyed Epcot, walking the board walk one night, downtown Disney was ok as well one night. Daytime I just went witht he flow and enjoyed the sites. Dinner was always good. Can't say I want to go back soon, but I did have a good time.

Disney and universal are awesome, but I don't know how awesome for a pregnant woman.

5 1/2 months is really nothing for Disney rides. You'll have lines for sure though. If you go into it already dreading it you're going to be miserable. People watching is amazing at that place. You see some pretty dumb shite.

I would be surprised if there are a lot of people that have been to disney more times than I have*, and I would rather go to the dentist than disney. There is just nothing enjoyable about to me.
**Best friend's dad worked at disney growing up and we got in for free, and lived about 20 minutes for WDW. So we would go 10-15 times a summer.

I get that actually. The same reason I never go to the French Quarter.

2 questions. How old are the kids going and what hotel are you staying at?
I'm a woman and I'm on your side. Why in the hell would your wife want to go stand in long lines in the heat being 5 1/2 months pregnant?!

This is my dilemma, how do I convince her she is going to be miserable being a pregnant woman there. I was going to STFU and go with it if she wasn't pregnant, as we would have been able to go off on our own and drink in Epcot, etc.

Go with the wife. Make her go on all the rides. If the kid makes it, you know he's a warrior.

Easter is at the beginning of April next year. It'll be a blistering 78 degrees during the day and in the low 60s at night.

Even being a Disney fan, if you can't have fun hanging out there with family, you're generally not a fun person to hang around.
Do you consider yourself an introvert? If so that could explain it and I would definitely understand your issues with going.

Have you ever been pregnant? Having a baby inside you makes it even hotter!

oldest is 4 younger one is 2. I just don't get it. I don't want to do any of the dumb breakfasts or themed dinners. I think that's the dumbest cheesiest shite ever. If I had kids and I brought them I would feel totally different. But I don't so...
