Had nutria jerky at Lamar Dixon show one time. The wildlife and fisheries guys made it. Tasted like dog shite.

we must've been at the same show. I wasn't overwhelmed by the taste either. They better keep the bounty on the tails, because they wont thin out the nutria population based on demand for the meat.
