Perhaps. Maybe Jesus would not agree with their lifestyle. My guess is Jesus also would be telling those who cheat on their spouses to repent and sin no more.
But Jesus surely would not stand for them being persecuted. Jesus surely would not be telling governments to deny them rights. Jesus surely would speak out against them being discriminated against.
Again... this isn't a religious issue. If one believes on religious reasons that homosexuality is wrong, ok. We are talking about legal issues.

That is true, but we can't speak religion on this board except in broad based terms.
These people don't believe in God dude, they believe we came from monkeys, and they don't believe in right or wrong, they all think as Aleister Crowley, DO AS THOU WILT.
As Paul stated, you tell the people, and tell them again, then you wipe the dust of the city off your feet as a testimony to them.
