More of a mule than a smuggler. And supposedly his arm is permanently crippled. All over marijuana. And there is no reason for the border patrol agents to have let the dog loose.

Of course lost wages for a mason in Mexico is like $50K for 10 years, so it should be an easy settlement.

Please tell me you are not basing that on the claim of the drug smuggling plaintiff. If so, you probably still believe Michael Brown had his hands up and complying when the cop proceeded to shoot him six times.
