WBRZ news managed to capture some insightful public comments on what CATS has done with their new tax revenue.
Sorry for the obnoxious ad at the start of the video. But then skip to 0:50, 1:20 and 1:35 for the best parts of the story. Apparently the bus system "have gone from worse to worse-ER"
