If his contract still has that "$1 more than the highest paid coach in the SEC" which BTW equals the highest paid in the country since it's the midget in AL, I would think that could be a consideration for the board members to mull over letting Les go before he perhaps wins another NC and them having to fork over another 3 million annually.
