went today, won't go back.
i didn't think that building could get any louder.. i was wrong.
They didn't have co2 for soft drinks.
the chips they served with the sandwich were burnt and way too salty.
the pulled pork was mushy and bland.

are you trying to say that your soft drink was flat?

Sorry you had a poor experience. In general, the place is pretty darn good.
Of course, I met someone who had an awful experience at Peche and said they'd never go back (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE IF YOU'RE READING THIS), so...
At least I gave Ballsack a 2nd shot.

I've eaten CP2 twice since it opened. First time was to go for lunch. Got the pork belly sandwich. The sandwich was very tasty. The chips were pretty terrible. Went again last Saturday night. Group of 4. $24 Charcuterie board and oysters to start. Charcuterie board was ok. Nothing to write home about. Oysters were good, just needed to be seasoned better and a couple were pretty chewy. My SO and I ordered the brisket sandwich and the sticky wings. I read a lot of hype on here about the brisket sandwich. It was ok. Brisket, horseradish, bun. Those chips are God aweful. Burnt and saltless twice in a row. Next time I'll just order a side. The sticky wings were good. Sauce had a distinct flavor I couldn't place. Hot and crunchy. Friends got the brisket and some tomato and something salad. The salad looked rough. She seemed to just pick out some things in it. 2 rounds of drinks each. Bill was a little over $150. I like the place and really hope it does well. Service was definitely understaffed and struggling, but I don't really go out for great service. It will be a good place for a few of their items. Hope they keep it together.
