I've found ways to avoid worrying about this.

1. If you pick up strange in your hometown, don't make up BS to get her in bed that could piss her off when she figures out you just wanted to frick. The crazy ones will look for revenge and tell friends "oh he took advantage of me". Either pretend to make an effort for a month or so to have a "relationship" before dumping her or be honest that you want no strings attached and if she agrees, then go for it and if not, then find someone else.

2. If you're out of town where nobody knows you, use a fake name. For extra measure, when you find out her name, go to bathroom, pull out phone, block her on FB so she can never locate you.

3. Backpage escorts.

If you have any experience picking up women, you can usually choose the ones who are just horny and want to frick just as bad as you do.
