I tell my wife that I really miss those early days at times and I'm almost willing to go again.
It is an amazing experience and a lot of fun. It's also a ton of hard work and can be immensely frustrating at times. I can't speak to everyone (and my kids are still pretty young) but the highs of parenting far exceed the lows.
