This whole grand jury decision bothers the shite outta me. I'm baffled that out of a group of 23 ppl, 12 voted not to go to trial.
We're not talking about guilty here. We're talking about a decision to go to trial where he may be found innocent.

I think there should be a law, specific to cases of death, where the family of the deceased can replace the prosecutor with a private attorney when presenting evidence to the grand jury.

Actually, according to reports on a couple of stations, 23 hear the case, only 16 get to vote and it takes 12 to indict.
