St Louis police should pull all of their officers from all Rams home games. Both in stadium security, as well as any traffic control. Maybe the good protesters of Ferguson will behave themselves during the game without the police presence.

As cool as this would be and yeah, I'd find it a bit funny, it also shouldn't be done.
The police, bottom line, work for the taxpayer and do not get to pick and choose which assholes they'll work for.

Pretty sure its against the law for police to protest in such a manner.

Are you also okay when the gay mafia pickets/protests/boycotts those who disagree with them? Because many people on here refer to that as "thought policing."

The players make the league, regardless of what the owners say. Not worth risking your hold of the locker room/future free agents because a bunch of non ticketholders get a little pissy

I wonder the reaction if one player pretended to "rush at" another. The second player pretends to shoot him several times. The first player falls and "plays dead
They could always say that they were re--enacting the opening scene from The Last Boy Scout.

Now that would be entertainment.

That would be unlawful. They work for us. We don't spend our hard earned TAx dollars on them to bitch and moan.
They have a job to do..right?

Also, those poors would get an apology if they were season ticket holders.
Clearly non of them can go to games or don't have time to go to games. They can boycott from their couches or their police stations

The "protest" by the players wasn't very bright and maybe offensive to some, but it's not a big deal. It's not worth all of the bitching.

If you repeat a lie often enough, you'll start to believe it yourself.

It should be a non issue.
I'm more apallled by their grossly unprofessional statement. Looks like a high school graduate wrote it...probably not far fetched.

Ever think maybe the Rams agree with the players must walk the line by not alienating the police.

...this was NOT a thought...it was an ACTION.

It is also every one else's right not to support that organization....in any way. That includes not buying tickets or jerseys...and not supporting any of the corporate sponsors of the Rams.
You're a Rams fan? I had no idea.
You think people would stop watching the Saints if some players stuck their hands in the air?

Because repeating a lie will make most think it's the truth. The Left willingly wants to be grubered.

Using that logic, there is no such thing as "thought policing" then. Its not like anybody hear can read minds. It takes ACTION for anybody to know what anyone is thinking (either through vocalization or demonstration).

If the John Mecom era didn't get me to stop watching them, a moronic protest won't.
