16 witnesses said he had his hands up (including several that agreed with the rest of Darren Wilson's account)
2 said he did not

I am going to say he probably had his hands up.

Do what!? Wtf did you read? Having read all of the grand jury witness testimony, the vast majority say he did not have his hsnds up and was moving forward toward Wilson when fatal shot came.

How many witnesses said he was charging Wilson? Was he charging Wilson while his hands were up?

That's an honest question. I'm not arguing. Trying to get my facts straight.

Of course none of the 16 were liars.

All the autopsy results and forensic evidence from shots fired including the way his body came to rest says his hands were DOWN.

I'm going to say that there were not 18 people who actually saw what happened in the moments he was shot. If that was the case, this would have been an open and shut case. What you had was 18 people telling a story that they pieced together as they all stood behind police tape listening to gossip. I don't know what happened, and I think it is very odd for a guy to run from the cop, then turn back and charge him, but I also believe that the guy never had his hands up and this was all made up and the media ran with it. MSNBC was pulling back and saying that it didn't have to do with just this case. That the racial divide blah, blah, blah. They realized that the Brown guy was not the person they needed to rally behind now, but were still pushing the issue. They are willing to destroy a man's life and send him to jail for a crime (that we still don't have any evidence he commited) just because they didn't like that the police force was mostly white??????

16 media interviewed "witnesses" maybe. Some of them also said he was executed in the street on his knees or shot in the back.

You completely made this shite up. If you took the time to read it was just the opposite.
