The pr cement was set on this in 2011.

TCU has the "best" loss, so they go. The other two have losses to unranked teams. Head to head doesn't matter.

I agree with this. Also, TCU lost on the road by 3 to BU, not really the same as losing at home to an unranked team.

Why is Minnesota a "key win" for OSU, but not for TCU?

I tend to agree, even though it's counterintuitive. This is why standards, formulas, and transparency are good things.

Assuming Baylor wins, TCU still has the better body of work. A 14 point loss to WVU should be punished.

OSU has a horrible loss and likewise should be punished.
