Seriously, a triple option produced these guys?

Well, a good thing about GT WR's is you know they can block. I'm sure NFL coaches love that.

I think Calvin Johnson was gone by the time Paul Johnson got there.
But Demaryius Thomas... that alone is crazy.

Who, megaton? Ga Tech is one of the best research universities in the world. There is more talent in ATL than in the SE combined. Not really hard to see how they have had talent. And they ran a pro style before Johnson.

Too bad Stephen Hill is such a bust. He has freak measurables too.

I feel like the scheme tech runs makes a wide receiver a true team player. Could you imagine if T.O. or randy moss went there? They would either transfer or be one of the GOATS
It also doesn't teach them about running routes.

I remember wanting the Saints to take a chance on him during the draft

DeAndre Smelter isn't half bad this year either.

The NFL is littered with great players from misfit schools. It's happened forever.

But amazing players from schools not known for that particular specialty. It's like LSU with a bunch of pro receivers. You don't expect it, but there's a few awesome guys out there. Nobody you'd say is top 5 though. Ga tech has two indisputable top 5 guys.
