We scored less points on A&M than any other SEC team this year. Our total yards was right

combination of bad ref calls, shooting our selves in the foot, and the to be expected kinks of implementing a new offense. But we overcame it all and finally look like we have an offense we can work with going forward. The real test will be what we do in the bowl game. Not whether we win or lose it but do we revert back to our old ways or continue on with an offense that offers hope for a successful season next year. WE will have a month to work on it (plus the week and half already put in and one game under our belts) as compared to a week and a half and no game time experience in the system that we had for this game.

It's not a "new offense". We simply ran a couple of plays that we hadn't run before. As others have pointed out, we have run the read options many times this year. Other teams played it much better than A&M did.
