If staff changes occur, it will be because of people leaving for better jobs. Such as Wilson going for Troy. No one will be fired.

The players choosing to go pro won't do it based on this season. They'll get their evaluations of where they are projected to go and decide if they can do better by returning or leaving now.

There will definitely be new starters. People progress in the off season. I'm not going to talk about AJ/BH, but that's one. Got to find a new starter at CB and safety.

Definite changes need to be made. But the HC/OC/DC will remain the same.

Exactly. It's been smoke around Wilson and Haley at different points this year about leaving, so I expect at least somebody on staff gone.

Players will leave if they believe that they are ready, and/or the situation at home with family (kids/mom/siblings) can be upgraded from bad.

Yep. I see Harris beating Jennings out in the Spring plus others fighting for starter spots like every year.

They big three will stay the same and maybe some movements by the assistants. Overall, it will be just another regular offseason.
