You know how it wouldnt have?

Yea pretty much... Like I said, our offense was bad before Bama, bad vs Bama, and bad after Bama. And I think we all agree that offense, specifically QB play, is by far our biggest issue. Beating Bama wouldn't magically fix that.

I do agree that it would have increased our momentum, but what we saw vs Arky wasn't surprising. Offense is bad, QB play is horrible, OL and running game going agaianst a stacked box, and D playing solid and keeping us in the game as long as they possibly can. That's the same thing we saw vs Ole Miss and Bama. The difference is the Ole Miss and Bama game were at home.

Our OL did struggle vs Arky though, but Arky has a top 20 run D and sold out 100% to stop the run. But pretty much every team has done that. Stop the run. Force Jennings to beat you. And he can't do it. Beating Bama doesn't magically fix that. Just like beating Ole Miss didn't magically fix our issues.

And bashing the program? Saying the team regressed and that the QB situation and play has become a strain on the entire team is bashing the program? Pretty much said the exact same thing you did when you played my stupid thread.

But was good enough to beat Bama...hence my point

I have no delusion that the O is good but win that Bama game and this season has an entirely different vibe.

Arkansas benefitted from the bye, as well.
