If it's a dedicated beer fridge, why don't you put a ranco on it and keep the keep at 50F instead of 30ish.

ETA: you may be able to simply raise the temp of the fridge up to the highest setting and accomplish this as well.

Yeah, i guess i could. I didn't before because i didn't want to drop 100 on another temp controller. I have a johnson on my ferm fridge.
