A 12-year-old boy in Cleveland with a fake gun didn't put his hands in the air when police told him to.

He reached for his fake gun and cops shot him.

At 12 years old we all knew if you pointed a weapon (real or fake), or reached for a weapon, after being told to put your hands in the air, well you would be shot by said police officer.

need to know the racial makeup of the the two individual before I can determine if this is a miscarriage of justice or just good police work.

Horrible incident either way.
