Is it because you know nothing illegal happened, but you wish something illegal had?
I think many (perhaps most) here incorrectly believe he DID do something illegal and just believe that the liberal media and spineless Congress wont hold him accountable.
Saying they know he did nothing wrong and are just hedging their bets is giving many here too much credit.
What Obama did was detrimental to party relations, misguided and arrogant but as of now perfectly legal.

I am not a lawyer so I don't know if what Obama has done is illegal, but what Reid has allowed Obama to do, as far as encroaching on the separation of powers is damaging.
If the old Grand Kleagle was still alive, he wouldn't have allowed Obama to do that.
The legislative branch better hope they get some leaders who will be willing to re-assert the authority of its branch, whether the POTUS is of their party or not.

I'm not sure why you believe that this Executive Order falls under his legal discretion. The memorandum released from the Executive's legal counsel contains a pretty convoluted legal argument.
