DAL wants to use the threat of immigrant workers to gain Concessions from their union baggage handlers and mechanics.

Well, here comes another that you'll probably feel the same way about. Most of DAL's customers will not oppose specific proposals Obama made at all. Again, content of the EO was not unreasonable. Simply wasn't.
GOP Congressmen look like xenophobic fooIs attacking its contents, rather than its Executive Branch expansion. Amongst other things, Delta probably does not want to appear xenophobic along with them. It is what it is.
