We've been over this before: It only seems that way from your perspective. You accuse quite a few posters of this, and it seems to me like the problem isn't an arrogant assumption of superiority by others but rather you participating in discussions which you lack the understanding to keep up.

For instance, me saying that Obama isn't creating new laws but merely altering the enforcement of existing ones is just a basic fact of this situation. Even those who get on TV and argue that what he is doing is illegal understand this, the root of their argument isnt that it is illegal because he is creating new laws. If one does not understand that, then it probably would come across as arrogance to claim it matter of factly. That doesn't change the reality of the situation however.

You try and debate people who understand the topics better than you, then accuse them of arrogance and condescension when they talk over your head. Claiming 27 divided by 3 equals 9 is a fact might seem arrogant to someone who doesn't know how to divide.
