It isn't the needles that cause autism.
It is the tiny bits of autism fairies they use in vaccines.
We could use other stuff instead, but dammit if those ground up autism fairies don't make the vaccine taste so much better.
It's a risk we are willing to take.

Typical uneducated answer from a pro-vac person. Just look at the autism rates among heroin users and diabetics. If it's not the needles (which are made of lead, magnesium and other heavy metals) then what is it?
