the neighbors refuse to lock the stupid dog up so it just runs all over the place and chooses my yard. the little frick even runs up when i'm outside and stares at me while he does it sometimes. i can't do anything to it because i'm the new guy on the block and i would immediately be blamed.

Eta: I have talked to them numerous times already.

Call the cops so they can come shoot the dog. It's the only reasonable solution to this problem.

Go to Walmart, find some testicles, put them on your waist, go talk to your neighbor.

Take a hotdog and stuff like 20 aspirins in it. Toss the hotdog to the dog next time you see him.

change the antifreeze in your car, go inside while the wife makes you a sandwich and it drains into the pan for a while.

Grab and take it to the city pound as a lost dog. After taking off its tags of course.

Kick it's arse and run it off if it bothers you that much. Dogs don't like getting beat and hit with rocks and yelled at.

Put peanut butter in a squeeze tube and squeeze it on the freshest poop piles you can find. Your neighbor's dog will go home with foul breath and fur.

Spray it with hose. Unless it likes that.

Seriously, I've done this before and it worked (only after I tried twice talking to them and they failed to solve the problem): Every single time you see the dog shitting in your yard, get a shovel, scoop it up, and deposit the dog shite on their front door step...and by front door step, not just on their porch randomly, but literally just about touching their front door.
