You idiots realize the Apartments, IBM, hotels, ect... developments that are soon to be opening DT this coming year right???....This place is suppose to have a ton of TV's and basically be a chill sports bar. They don't have one of those worth a shite DT (although DT Walkons is coming). But there will be a MAJOR influx of people in the next 2 years working, and more importantly LIVING DT. This place, I would assume, is more of an investment for whats coming... more than whats here now DT. ALthough, it all depends on how much the costs are as far as leasing, renovation, ect...

Just my 2 cents without knowing the details.

I hope your keyboard survived that amount of angry typing.

Ive been hearing about the massive influx of people and businesses downtown for years. Still waiting....

Where are all of these people going to be living? Apartments in and around 3rd street are pretty pricey. Some of the buildings you would need to be making over 100k to be able to afford the costs of rent.

Unless they are building a lot more living spaces, the amount of people that can live around that area arent going to keep a bar going by themselves. And I mean affordable living spaces.
