Why not require schools to admit a % of socio-economic statuses that reflects the real world? 1/3 lower class, 1/3 middle class, 1/3 upper class? I mean yeah, they'll have to ignore things like grades and test scores to reach that balance, but it will be rounded and that's what matters for some reason.
