We weren't asked anything when we sat down other than what we'd like to drink and about any sides. Had the meat not been so salty, it would have had a nice flavor, but it's just too much for me to enjoy that style anyway. I can't chow down on a ton of meat. It's just too much for me.

This is strange. Every time I've been they have asked "is medium rare OK?". The meat usually comes out closer to rare than medium rare. I have yet to experience a well done cut of meat at TdB. Seems a little odd.
