I wouldn't want to be those cops or anyone going against a group that contains Rick, Darryl, Michone, Tyrese (if his head is on right) and maybe even Glenn, Maggie, Abe and Rosita if they make an appearance. And to boot you have Beth and Carol on the inside if Carol is functional.

Thats kinda my point. It should be a slaughter. Granted Darryl may need a little more help than just the kid. Him and Carol should have easily been able to handle the hospital.
But bringing the whole gang sans carl is just pointless except to try and create more drama and make the hospital crew seem like a tougher matchup than they are.

It would and should be if they go that route.
For some reason I see them taking a more peaceful approach this time. Or maybe a covert extraction rather than just a bloodbath.
