What are you looking to buy?
The V12 and V18 Milwaukees are nice, Makitas are nice too. Porter Cable (souped up B&D) are pretty good.
Battery technology has come a long way. You can fully charge a drained battery in 30 minutes on the Milwaukee V12 impact driver and drive 200 2" deck screws with it. Look at some reviews on youtube.
