Rex, you and I have had serious differences of opinion but please don't start taking St John's wort without consulting a doctor first.

SJW contains weak MAOi and SSRI properties, as well as a potent CYP inducer.
If you are taking any other medications metabolized by the liver, it will likely greatly reduce their effectiveness. It could also cause blood pressure fluctuations. If you are taking any other anti-depressant medications, it could increase their effect and possibly put you at risk for serotonin syndrome.
I never recommend SJW to people. Go outside and put things into perspective.
