I picked up an Asus T100 a month or so ago and love it. Full size usb 3.0 port, microSD slot, MiniHDMI port, microUSB port. Comes with full keyboard, Microsoft office and full windows 8.1. Can't say anything bad about it. Incredible battery life too - I can work on it all day for 8+ hrs and still have 20% battery left.

I got the 64gb version with the fastest processor still NIB from someone on craigslist for $300. If you're patient, you can find great deals.

Awesome. I'm not going for a few more months, so I have time. I just don't want to take my macbook pro or iPad to Europe. The iPad is actually not capable of what I want it to do. I would also be pretty pissed if I broke or lost either of those devices.

The Chromebook is almost at a disposable price. If someone steals it, I wouldn't be too upset.

Hows the keyboard on that ASUS? I have not had a windows device, besides my work computer, which I hate, in about 7 years. How's 8.1??
