The areas that stand out are pretty obvious why if you think about it.
LA/MS-black majority in those areas (delta and river parishes)
AZ/NM-natives
TX(south)-Hispanics
New England areas-fricking loons
CA coast-do I need to even go there
Most other areas except Fl/GA and MN are urban areas (which btw, have precincts that vote 100% dem)
May be a few anomalies in there but this pretty much explains it.

New England is currently 100% blue until January 3rd when that map kicks in, so at least a little progress has been made.
