I'm a sadist. I'm watching.

Chesney opened and played that song that ripped the "little pink houses" line from Cougar.

Paisley and Underwood did their normal cheesy opening dialogue, but did a good job of singing about the stubborn ebola nurse by changing the lyrics of "Jolene" to "Quarantine."

Miranda Lambert joined that one girl for "All about that bass," which is ironic because Lambert has tried so hard to lose her fatness.

Paisley and Underwood made jokes about Nashville going through Post-Partem Taylor Swift Syndrome.

Lady Antebellum is singing a song apparently called "Hey Bartender." It's really not that bad.

I wonder, do most of these "country fans" even know who Hank is when he's being referenced to in all these songs? Has it gotten to the point where the idea/concept of him has outlasted his true legacy

Random thoughts thus far.

So far the band perry and the musgraves/Loretta Lynn songs are the only two I'd classify as country

Does Tim McGraw have cancer or an eating disorder or a drug problem?

I remember seeing dierks Bentley open for cross Canadian ragweed, and although he was somewhat cheesy, it wasn't nearly as bad as tonight.

Not only do most songs have the same type lyrics (discussed ad nauseum here), but the baselines/autotune/voice inflection on all of these bro country songs are the same
