That's how Mary got elected in the first place - this kind of turnout in many New Orleans precincts (in which she received every single vote) was the difference - less than 6,000 votes separated them out of almost 1 3/4 million cast - 1/6 of a percentage point.

She may get 110% of the registered voters in some of those precincts in today's election.
