No. Considering the dangers of the job and how firefighters are much much less corrupt than cops if firefighters are corrupt at all; they deserve more.

That is not 81 days off per year. Remember, firefighters work 24 hr shifts. So 15 days of paid leave. I'm a ff in TN. Our holiday hours are not time off, but time and a half pay for having to work holidays.
Also, does the 360 hrs include sick time, or is it just vacation?
