people have different opinions obviously. My neighbor (who loves British and dry humor) thinks the Terrance and Philip centric episodes are the best, but his all time favorite is the Pip episode. Those three are easily the bottom three for me, but he could explain why they are genius.

Was that not the episode that stans parents got divorced? That was like the only sad south park episode. Maybe I'm wrong.
