Should I go ahead and arrest the "Navy seal" in the bar who is obviously not?

I think calling them out to make them look like complete asses is sufficient punishment.

Stolen valor act was ruled unconstitutional, they replaced it with another in 2013 where it is only illegal to do stolen valor for certain high profile awards with the intent to obtain money, property, or other tangible benefit.

Yes, not because I care but just cause it would be funny for some slut to get arrested for flaunting the PT gear she stole from some one-night stand.
