As long as it's clean with no bad habits (runs well, no bad accidents) it will still bring good money.
That's my gut call, I'll look at some current ads.
ETA: 2004 Suburban, 140-150K miles, ~$10-11K retail.
Private party, clean, OP can get pretty close to 10, IMO.
