I don't get the allure of Jeff Fisher

He only has a 50% win percentage, zero title, sparse playoff appearances and teams of consistently underachieved. Yet he's always mentioned as one of the better coaches in the game and is paid almost as much as Belichik.

He has held leadership positions with the nfl and I think has learned how to work the media more than most - those two things go a long way

i completely agree. hes held in very high esteem despite a marginal record. i cringe when i hear him mentioned as underrated
