BR has coma a long way. Downtown is a cool area now in lieu of being shady and dead. Manship is small, acoustics are good and it's easy access.

have you been? it rivals any smaller theatre i've been to. the acoustics are really good and the seating is comfortable. not a bad seat in the house.
the total seating is 325
