Can someone give me the cliffs on this whole thing?
Josh, Clark, Frank? Josh is his son who has or had a sports show?
I have been around Scott a couple of times and he's one of the most obnoxious DJ types I've seen. I've seen him wearing a Scooby Doo Hockey jersey that says "The Real Scooby Doo" on the back.
I've also heard a few country artists on separate occasions dog the shite out of him.

Holy shite, that is what he wore at lunch. I thought it was a leather jacket, I just remember it was in summer and what he was wearing was way to heavy for the weather and of course why it had fricking scooby doo all over it.

Scott was the DJ. Josh is his son and he had a radio show locally in BR for a while (Total Sports Radio, or TSR). He was as awful as you think he'd be on the air...just obnoxious and an pretentious and knew nothing about sports. We used to have in-game threads on the reg on the MSB for the show, and occasionally people would call in and tell Josh how much he sucked.
Clark = Goldenboy. There was some shite talking about the two of them playing bball and it culminated in the stickied Classics thread. The hype went on for weeks IIRC. They played one on one against each other at a court in Brusly one day. I don't remember the final score, but I remember Clark winning handily. It really is one of the greatest times in TD history. Such hilarity used to come from Josh and that radio show. RIP.
