Mike and Mike ratings problems?

Has anyone noticed that they seem to have a guest host 4 out of 5 days of the week. Chris carter host with them usually at three days and then there is someone else like Tex today.
Usually stuff like that means something maybe wrong.

Mike & Mike are horrible. The only time it's worth tuning in is when they have a great guest or someone else is hosting it. Like I said in the other thread, they are terrible together.

Every conversation ends up about how "I played for XX years and this is how it was" and "I never played, but this is the conception". Boring!
Teixeira was enjoyable this morning. I didn't picture him as being so well spoken.

or maybe they are always looking for ways to improve and change up a show thats been going on for 10 years. Kind of hard to keep it fresh wouldn't you say. Plus its the baseball world series going on.

sports talk radio in general has become a wasteland of awfulness....outside of SVP & Russilo.

I agree with trying to keep it fresh but the feeling I get from all the guest is that they are trying to give M&M a boost.

I know people love to bash M&M, and I don't think they are excellent or must listen by any means.
But they are in that early morning slot where the average person is driving to work and tuning in for a few mins. Their job is to get the major stories reported and not do anything controversial, and they do that

I listen to the show every day on my way to work, and it's essentially the same crap over and over. Golic talking about Notre Dame, Greenberg talking about the Jets, guest commentary by CC or Gruden. The show is stale, no doubt.

Greenberg needs to go. Golic with anyone else is so much better. No schtick, just pros talking about sports.
