re: which type of kid would you rather have?

You can have a preference all you like, but you can't make your kids into what you want them to be if it's not who they are. You can guide but you're not going to make their personality into one you prefer. And if you try, they'll hate you for it. I have a geeky, shy, book worm. Really polite and kind hearted. A little too much. But, he's a good kid. 6'2" and wears a men's 15 shoe at 14. Hates sports and people who constantly try to get him to play sports just because he's tall. We tried to get him interested when he was younger. He just never liked it. He is who is, and my personality preferences don't factor in at all.
