All A's and B's. She's not struggling. It's the quantity. For example, this week she has 4 test to study for, math homework every night, social studies homework every night, reading every night, english assignment every night, and a science assignment two nights this week. And on top of all that shite she has to prepare a powerpoint presentation and give a 5 minute lecture on the material. She has never opened powerpoint in her life. Doesn't even know what the icon looks like. Just too damn ridiculous!!!

went to my daughters Principal and teachers last year. Made an appointment.Walked in the fricking classroom and serious to God,hit em with this.

The time she's starts on homework is irrelevant IMO... going to school for 6-8 hours and then having 4 hours of homework is ridiculous.

My daughter is in 4th and we have this same issue. She is a strait A student and cries at night because she becomes frustrated with the material.
Its not so much the quantity of material, but its the new common core crap that takes so long to figure out!
I'm getting tired of this bullshite.

Still doesnt add up to 4 hours of home work EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK
Yes, some weeks are going to be tougher than others, and some nights she's going to have more homework than others...tough shite. She needs to get used to it.
