just saw that the unit is not the same one that was repaired. I missed that.
If it's something simple I wouldn't mind just trying to talk you through it here.
Is it not draining right? That's the most common problem and many times there are easy fixes.
Spots on dishes. That's one of our highest call rate issues, and yet, most of the time that is the users fault and not the dishwasher's. We have hard water and certain detergents must be used. Everyone should also run a cup of just white vinegar in their dishwahser once a month or so to keep the mineral deposits from forming in the sump.
