this is the best thing ever for a toilet. Takes the place of all the toilet internal and converts to push button.

I see it is from Wal Mart. Does it really work well? How long have you been using it? Was it easy to install? My toilets are giving me problems with slow leaks ans this may help.....elaborate about it if you can.
