bluetooth devices not working properly since I updated to Yosemite.

Anyone use a wireless keyboard, mouse, speaker with their computer and have noticed a less than stellar performance of their device?
I have a magic mouse, which before now very rarely had issues, now I can't keep it connected, sometimes it works fine.
I also have a Bose Minilink speaker which now won't work. Now I know it's not the speakers fault I can easily connect my phone via bluetooth and it works like it should. I don't think it's my mouse cause as I said I never had issues before now.
My best guess is that because my computer is trying to communicate between my phone and my iPad it makes it difficult to add two devices to your computer causing it to be a shaky connection.
Is anyone experiencing something similar?
But the issue is right now I turned off bluetooth on my iPhone, my iPad, and my speaker is off too, and I still can't connect it to bluetooth, so I have no connecting bluetooth devices.
