From the time Cajun field opened up until this plan was put into action, not a whole helluva lot happened at Cajun Field.

1970's architecture wasn't kind. Most everything from that era was an ugly concrete behemoth. It badly needs work but for a while, athletics didn't have enough success/funds/interest to justify doing it. The goal for now is to get here:



The master plan includes long term plans if needed to expand to around 60,000.

I did a year at ULL in the late 90's - that stadium is ugly as hell. Anything they can do with that press box would be an improvement IMO. I'm not one of the idiots on here with the lameass jokes either, I'd love to see ULL step up in a conference - but first that upper deck/press box has got to go ASAP.
