as a lacy owner in all 3 leagues, he's a frustrating play. I sat him even after his big game for ben tate...was the difference in the outcome. He's going to have a few more games this year with 100 yards and 1 or 2 TDs, but the rest will be 30 something yard games with 0 TDs.

Not his fault. It's how he's used. McCarthy rode him last year once he figured out that neither of his backups were aaron Rodgers, but with Rodgers back, he will put it in the air short yardage, goal line, first down, second and 1...doesn't matter.

lacy is the upside play, surprisingly I feel Ingram is the safe play. I like ingram more, but I have no doubts before sunday I'd have lacy in the lineup.

Ingram was running much better this year than Lacy and there is certainly a risk of getting 50 yds no TDs no catches from Lacy. It is extremely frustrating to own him. However Ingram coming off an inury playing at Det is just not trustworthy over Lacy at home against a surprisingly weak Car D.

I think a big problem with Lacy this years is with Cobb back in the lineup he is gobbling up red zone targets and converting. That is something I did not expect. He already has 11 RZ targets with 7 inside the 10 and 3 inside the 5. Jordy also has 15.

Lacy has 14 rushes and 2 targets in the RZ, so he is still getting some run. Hopefully he can start converting more of those opportunities into TD's.

Next week, Saints v Packers at the dome, I think I would go Ingram over Lacy.
