Velcro is sometimes necessary

Depending on how small it folds up would more determine how graphic would be printed and what substrate.

Rollup banners work but - they look like banners

Foam core looks best but is bulky and fragile

Sintra is a happy medium folding panels can be tricky.


As for not using union labor nearly every major trade show venue requires the use of the union labor they have a contract with.
